Seafood has become world-famous food in the world. There are many different types of dishes, and food categories are available in the market. Not all seafood is healthy to eat. It is a type of food consisting of sea life, considering fishes, sharks, prawns, and many other sea species. It also has some nutritional benefits; it helps provide good health and reduces the risk of many other diseases.

Seafood contains different types of food that are available at the cost. So here I am discussing different kinds of seafood.

Mollusks consist of invertebrates, which can be any sort such as hard-body or soft-body. Some shell encompasses this type of seafood. Crustaceans are also a type of seafood. It is also called the sea; it consists of shrimp dishes, which is best for our nutrition. They are very low in mercury and high in protein. They can be served as a larger dish. They have a very segmented body that can be of hardshell or exoskeleton.

Seafood helps in reducing the overall stress of the person and make them tension free. It contains fatty acid nutrients, which helps in relieving stress and reduces depression.

Seafood is also helpful for the joints as it reduces stiffness in the body and reduces the risk of arthritis, which have tendered in their joints.

  • Give your skin glow

Seafood also helps in preserving your skin from pimples, acne, and gives a glow to your skin. Any moisture that occurs in the skin is also protected by it. It also helps in maintain your eyesight by boosting your night vision and eyebright and healthy.

It would help if you cooked fully before taking it, and you can buy it from the market at fresh or canned fish. Many types of fish, such as herring, halibut, cod, and shrimp names, are readily available in the market. So it depends on you what kind of you want to eat.
