Vitamins that are essential for our body are vitamin A, C, K, E, D, and B complex. Different vitamins have a different role in our various body parts. They are responsible for the growth and maintenance of our bodies. By taking a properly balanced diet, we can fulfill the daily vitamin requirement. 

Fiber-based food

Dietary fiber is mostly found in fruits, salads, nuts, seeds, vegetables, etc. Intake of more fiber food makes us feel full and also controls the cholesterol level in the blood. It is always advisable to take more fiber food if you are looking to lose weight tips.

No specific food item contains all the components of nutritional food to fulfill our body requirement.
